Cinnamon Peach Crisp

Ingredients:


1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup granola (sweetened)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup butter or margarine
5 cups peeled & sliced fresh peaches
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted

General Info:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Instructions:
In a medium bowl combine oats, granola, 3 Tbs. flour and brown sugar.

Cut in 1/4 cup butter unitl crumbly.

Place 1/2 peach slices in an 8 inch square greased baking casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbs. flour.

Sprinkle with half of the oat mixture, then remaining peaches and top with oat mixture.

Sprinkle with cinnamon, drizzle with melted butter and bake for 30 minutes until top is browned.
